I purchased the cutter head for my dewalt planer. I can’t say enough good about this product. This turned my planer in to a completely different machine. If you’re on the fence about the cost I am here to say it is well worth the money. Turned an hour long job into a 10 minut job. I put it off for a long time and now I regret not doing it sooner.
Wasn’t good booklet but YouTube was great. Once installed was the awesome bit it’s absolutely amazing so quiet and a wonderful finish on the results. Well worth it.
I was hesitant spending this amount without knowing if the reviews were true to their word. Fortunately my machining background in cutting tools helped make the decision to go ahead. No regrets! This tool exceeded my expectation. It cuts much quieter, cuts much smoother, less load on the machine allows for a deeper cut. This is a worth while tool.
Items arrived from China within the stated time with frequent shipping updates. Smooth transaction from ordering to delivery with no hidden costs. Very competitively priced. Had to trim width to fit the 20mm pulley wheel which wasn’t a problem and to be expected. Fitted tyre after soaking in hot water, clamping and using wooden dowel to ease the tyre on with some stretching. Plenty of advice online. Fits perfectly and does the job! Seems of good quality but time will tell and urethane should last. Very pleased with the product so far.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have tried multiple times to make them work and they do not. It has also been 4 days since your last communication and 9 since I have requested the return."

It worked great! It cut straight and clean on a piece of 1 1/4" heavy DOM. Went nice a smooth with no heating of the part. For the money, this is a good deal.
If you need an everyday construction site set of blades, look no further than these. I cut approximately 30 brace blocks from 2x4s for a deck. One blade did 60 cuts like the first cut. I even did a one vertical cut on a 2x8 at the end. All were done on pressure treated lumber, I’m impressed. Can’t beat the price and I will be ordering more. 6/12 tpi for those who want to know.
These work like any other blade that I have purchased. I have not necessarily found any great difference between the most expensive brands and the lower priced brands since I tend to challenge the blade with all types of materials. I would lump this in the mix and buy these based upon the price. At a dollar and a half, for each blade, these are on the very affordable side of what is available. I have sometimes used long metal blades for demolition if I have a large amount of metal embedded (could be conduit, etc.).
I don't often review but I have gone through many planer blade sets for this planer. I'm very glad there is an exact fit replacement as it seems Dewalt has stopped selling blade replacements. These seem to be an exact fit. All dimensions are exact except they are consistently .02 grams heavier and there's no pyramid stamp. I only did the weight because I could not find discrepancies (LxWxHxT). I read a review that they are not as good as the original, don't last as long. May be slightly softer material, IDK...TBD. I will get back to you on this.For now I am giving it 5 stars. I'm on my 9th double pack of blades from Dewalt. That's 4 blade sets per double pack. 36 blade changes. Excellent planer. FOXBC 9 Inch 6/12 TPI Demolition Reciprocating Saw Blades for Nail-Embedded Wood, Bi-Metal, 25-Pack with Case --- Received 25 blades as advertised. Haven’t had occasion to use one yet but they are thinner metal, but solid and sharp. Demolition blades are usually bulkier than these. Fit easily into my Dewalt battery operated reciprocating. saw. Plastic case is adequate for keeping them together but doesn’t look like it would take much abuse.
Partial review only, as I need to put these through their paces. The blades are well formed and have no obvious flaws. No curves, errors, etc. The case could use a bit more strength, though, as both pieces of mine are cracked.
I have an old craftsman jointer that desperately needed blades. I bought these and am super happy. Swapped the old ones out and the jointer is back to life. Blades were dharp and flat which is all that's necessary. I'll buy this brand again when I need another set!

I got this for planning old rough Purple Heart after I destroyed the factory knifes ..I’ve excluded before and after photos with no sanding straight out of the planner
I make a lot of end grain cutting boards. Those things are really tough to level out after final glue up. I had been using a drum sander, but the heat generated and other factors just made it nearly impossible to get the boards flat. Now, I can use the planer. I make VERY light passes, but this thing cuts end grain!! And it puts a reasonable surface on the board so I am not having to sand out the horrible grooves from the drum sander. I start at 120 grit now. Saves me HOURS of work. Could not be more stoked on this cutter head.
Considering the distance the order travelled, it arrived exactly on the estimated delivery date. The installation went very smoothly. I followed the video, and fortunately I had the necessary hand tools. Tested the planner after installation and was amazed at how smooth the finish is and the low noise.
Everything looks good, timing shipping was good.
Have not had a chance to install it yet.
Everything is first rate. The materials, the machining, the Customer Service, and the installation guide are all the Best "5's". I recommend their Cutterhead for anyone contemplating getting an upgrade to their Planer.

Had been wanting this change for quite some time. I finally decided to just do it. The conversion process was strait forward and fairly simple as long as the required tools are available (spring clip pliers). The most time consuming part is installing all the small cutter blades. The operation of the unit is much quieter and the results much smoother. I went from having to use earplugs and muffs to save my hearing to being able to talk to someone (thou be it loudly) while running the planer. Why did I wait so long?
It works great, the printed directions are not the best check online for videos. The cutting blades that are original are not numbered in the corners to help with rotation when used and dull. Overall, a great product arrived without a problem, well protected.
The difference between the old planer blades chopping wood versus slicing thru it like butter is amazing.
I wish I would have done this sooner.

Installation is not super easy. The instructions could have been more professional, but there are plenty of on-line videos so I recommend watching one first.
My project is restoring an 1886 sailboat. I am using rough sawn or re-sawn white oak planks, which are hard to plane with the straight blades. With the FOXBC, the planks come out perfectly with no tear outs or pitting. In the standard setting, they look perfect.
I have spent about eight hours planing boards, and I am so impressed.
This cutter is well worth the cost. Highly recommended!
I have planed thousands of board feet with my DEWALT 735. I actually purchased a second one about three months ago because my original was getting tired. This upgrade is amazing!! The planer is s much quieter. It also is able to take off more material per pass without bogging down. I am going to be building all new cabinets for my Kitchen starting with rough sawn wood. The boxes will be pine, the drawers will be ash and the fronts will be a cherry. This tool will make the project go faster and because the new head creates a near finished surface the amount of sanding needed will be greatly reduced. I am so excited t get this project started.

Produces a good finish, but you will still need to sand. Runs much quieter than the original blades. Easy installation into my Dewalt planer. I’ve run walnut, maple, and purple heart with no problems.

Produces a great finish on hard wood. Installation of cutters is tricky. No torque spec. was provided that I could find. Too tight and the cutter shatters. Too loose and the screw backs out during operation!. Broke 3 cutters. Needs Loctite. We'll have to see how they hold up over time.
Leaves a phenomenal finish and cut the noise in half.
